I do my best to work according to the way I wrote on my notes/calendar so that I do not lose track of time. Once I realise that my brain is tired, I eat, go outside, clean, watch a show or scroll on social media. After that, I continue with that I was doing. My google calendar has really helped me, I do not forget tasks or events anymore. </p>]]></description>

What I try to do is list all of the things I need to do, and how long it will take me, and fix that as far as I know how my schedule will be, sometimes it's a couple of days, sometimes weeks, most of the times it only goes up to one day only. This ezpecially happens when I feel overwhelmed with some work load. </p><p><br/></p><p>Secondly I take a walk between my tasks to stay productive. </p><p><br/></p><p>To stay connected I make a prompted chat in a whatsapp wall with colleagues working towards a similsr goal.</p><p><br/></p><p>Lastly, I play draught and chess on my phone for 15 minutes between every hour of intensive work.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>In the beginning of this year, I had created a monthly, weekly and daily planner. Right before the start of each month, I pen down broad objectives for the month. My weekly planner is updated every sunday with the things to do in the following week. My daily planner is a detailed note of every day with 1 hour slots starting from 5.30am, right when I wake up until 10.30pm, when I go to bed. I use the following tools to organize my planners -</p><p>1 Planner </p><ol><li><p>Section on Months (Jan-Dec) - usually in bullets (Update at the start of the month)</p></li><li><p>Weekly Planner (A month calendar with weeks) - a snapshot of what the week will look like or looks like (Update on every sunday)</p></li><li><p>Daily Planner - every date of the month has its own page with time slots (Update everyday)</p></li></ol><p>What really helps me apart from planner is -</p><ol><li><p>Color coding - to segregate tasks of importance, time </p></li><li><p>Priority tags - to not spend time on tasks that are less significant </p></li><li><p>Have check marks against every entry - gives me a sense of accomplishment </p></li><li><p>Drawing tasks - helps me visualize and organise things </p></li></ol>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>I am normally self motivated but especially during this time of year. Even though I love the fall &amp; winter seasons, I have always struggled with seasonal depression, which can sometimes look like having no energy and going to bed at 6 or 7pm or having little to no interest in things I know I love working on. The waves of how intensely this effects me wanes throughout the season, but I one thing have learned what pulls me out of it, and keeps me productive year-round is having both a digital and written to-do list. Digital to brain dump all tasks and prioritize, and written to select 2-3 per sector of my life (9-5 work, my venture, my personal life, and tasks around the home) that I can REALISTICALLY accomplish that day. If it is one, that is ok! The act of literally checking it off is satisfying, and it helps me break down the behemoth of tasks I always have as an entrepreneur and keeps the needle moving even when I don’t feel like physically moving myself.</p>]]></description>

I eat first, or take a walk, sleep, share happy stories with friends or colleagues or surround myself with happy or positive people.</p><p>It's just like the saying "A happy wife is a happy home." The more time you focus, the more it grows your virtual tree (you make your tree grow with time). </p><p>° I find a monthly and a weekly planner useful. I tried the daily one but it is too much to fill up. </p>]]></description>

The ones that can be left on for later are on the largest pad, not following a particular hierarchy of importance. Then, the ones that preferably I have to to for today but if I leave them for tomorrow it’s okay. And then the high importance tasks for today belong to the smaller post it, my rule is that the tasks inside it have to be just in one page, if i need more than 1 post it of that tier then I’m failing at managing my time with the later post its.</p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Personally I find the body-doubling technique very helpful as well as setting a timer for 30 minutes until I can take a break again. It keeps me from feeling overwhelmed about how much time a task may take and reassures me that a necessary break will also be enjoyed. </p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Wow all of these are so beautiful and inspiring, I cant wait to start trying them, I have been loving my planner, but I often write more than I can achieve. to be honest im not really great at this I have a lot to learn from all of you. I might start just setting 3-5 goals a day and not trying to do 10 like I plan for sometimes. I also am really practicing saying no a lot more which is hard as I am someone who likes to say yes to everything and looses a lot of time that way.
