But definitely if there are rebellious teens that "need to be taught a lesson" or suspicious Black and Brown people that "might be stealing/scamming." ...I called the police once bc we thought my cousin had smashed my roommate's car window. Nothing happened to my cousin (she's white) and they never found who smashed the window of course.
