The ability to understand, support and share the best part with others. Create interpersonal links and generate a good enviroment, conducive to growth and collaboration.

understanding poeple's situation, listening to them and advacing them in the best way to create good moments. One example, it is when I am doing an interview on a sensitive topic or with a person who has had bad experiences, I have to be kind and a good listener to provide a good enviroment.

In my second trimester as a journalism student, obstacles will always be there when making a report. One example is when the person you had planned to interview did not agree to be recorded and according to your examiner the recording is mandatory, that means, you have to find another way to do the interview or simply change your source.

Shyness

It may sound unusual, but the area where I need to improve to become a good journalist and producer is overcoming shyness. I am naturally very shy, although I have made progress. However, I still find it challenging to participate in certain social activities. It could be a desavantage in my creers because it requires to make activities with more people.

Such as an interview, record a person or asking for someone important, It has been a challenging. However, I keep calm and try to speak, but i know I can do better.

Nerves

I am a somewhat nervous person, when I have to carry out an important activity, my nerves control me to the point of making me feel physically ill. Many people have told me that my nerves are not noticeable at the moment, I am grateful that I can control them. However, by focusing on being calm I make some mistakes that do not help me move forward and otherwise make me feel bad in front of other people.

I remember my first interview, I was very nervous and my hands started to shake. During the interview I had to take notes. However, I could not write well due to nerves and that made it quite difficult for me when writing the story since I did not understand my handwriting very well.

That is why I say that responsibility speaks a lot about a person, being responsible helps create new opportunities to achieve our goals. It generates commitment to ourselves and helps us overcome our challenges.

What I would do in this situation would be to continue publishing the real document as many times as possible. During my period of employment within a company, I would talk to my boss, discuss my situation and possibly we would have a solution to avoid this problem.

On the other hand, within my own company, I would use my work or personal social networks to continue disseminating my information and sharing with close people so that they can help me disseminate my work.
