What is one thing you learned that you would like to share ? Why is this important to your learning journey?

One thing I learned from the readings is good peer review. Peer review isn't just telling them what they did wrong it is giving constructive feedback at what they could improve. "CARES" is a structured review strategy. C stands for congratulating them on their work. A is asking questions and clarification. R is requesting more information, detail, and context. E is evaluate which points can be move/removed, and S is summarize you thought in the reading. This is important to my learning journey because I can apply the "CARE" strategies in peer review to affectively give good affective feedback.

In the readings one thing that I want to know more about is how different High school writing is compared to College level writing and why is it taught so differently. I am interested in understanding how college level writing demand a deeper analysis, engagement, and sophisticated free flow structure compare to the formulation approach. Exploring this difference would help in refining writing skills needed to succeed in writing.
