When I'm tossing and turning at night, I made breath exercise cal 4-7-8.

It works like: Breathe in by 4 seconds, Hold by 7 seconds and finally Breathe out by 8 seconds. You can to think about than process.

Also I took magnesium pills 1 hour before at go to the bed.

-I think the platform exams are very long.

- I think it is a reprocess to make student units that have continuity in the course, for example repeating units 6 to 12 of the red book. It's wear and tear.

- The topics are appropriate for the level where I am.
