I am from Colombia and I live in Bogotá, I live alone, but I live in small apartment, the apartment where I live is small, it has three rooms, there are two small ones and one bigger, there is no a hall, the apartment where I live has one kitchen and one living room, there are two bathrooms, one of them is in the principal room, the other one is near the living room, that place is on three apartments.

First at all I woke up at 4: 00 am every day including weekends, when I get up I go to take a shower, after that I have breakfast at 6:30, then I get my work by bus or taxy sometimes, usually I have lunch at 12:30, when I finish my day work I have dinner at 6:00 PM every evening at restaurant and I go back home at 7 o’clock, After working I exercise or make tasks for the University, then I take a second shower and I always go to bed after 10:00 PM, on weekends I spend time making work for the university and I try to study English every day, at least 5 days on the week.

Considero que es muy importante lo que estoy aprendiendo, porque todo este proceso me ayuda hacer mejor persona, ayuda a mi entrenamiento mental, me permite practicar con el uso de la tecnología que la verdad no soy muy bueno. Este aprendizaje aporta a mi vida de manera significativa, porque me ayuda a entender muchos procesos de la vida cotidiana, me permite mejorar con el uso de la tecnología En el estudio del inglés me ayuda a reforzar las bases básicas para tener una buena y mejor comunicación con otras personas.
En el desarrollo de esta actividad me autocalifico con un 10, la razón es que uno no es bueno por lo que hace o sabe, sino por la disposición que se tiene para aprender más cada día. Así mismo por la importancia que se tiene al prestar cuidado a las recomendaciones dadas, que nos ayuden a entender nuestros errores para poder corregirlos, haciendo que seamos más consientes a la hora de realizar diferentes actividades.
