I am also an etwinning Ambassador and work closely with The national Agency to promote school projects. I have worked in education for thirty five years. I began working with children who have additional learning needs in a Primary School. About ten years ago, I left the primary school to work teaching art and design and design technology, ICT and SEAL ( Social and emotional Aspects of Learning ) in a secondary school. I was there for four years, before I took a post as Learning Coordinator in a Further and Higher Education College. I have been married to my husband for 36 years and we have two grown up children. One of my daughters lives very close to us and the other lives in Los Angeles. We have  two grandchildren, Rosie who is 13 and Joss who is 4 - I have a horse and a cat. One of my favourite pastimes, is baking cakes. I have visited Cyprus and Spain, nut I have never visited Poland.

I'm Manuel José Carpintero, the coordinator of this ERASMUS + "LITTLE EXPLORERS" project.
I have worked in education for more than 20 years, giving classes in the Choco jungle of Colombia to the "gamines", the children who live in the street, I have also taught in the marginal neighborhoods of Alicante with gypsy children, I have been working as a teacher for 8 years in the prison of Herrera de la Mancha.
Now I have been the director of the "Nuestra Señora de la Paz" school in Villarta de San Juan for 3 years.
I am the president of the Astronomical and Geographical Society of Ciudad Real, with which I have directed expeditions to the North Pole, to Antarctica and to the most dangerous jungles in the world such as Lacandona and Choco.

I'm an English teacher at Primary School in Biecz - a small bur picturesque and historical town in the south-east of Poland. Nowadays, I am also The Project Coordinator in Poland. It's a big pleasure to have a chance to meet You all and work with You in this Project. I teach 5-13 year-olds. I love what I do; I still want to do more for children and expand my abilities. I have started teaching 10 years ago and I still teach at the same school. My family is small: my husband, I and our 5 year-old son. His name is Marcel. My parents and grandparents live near my house so we are always close to each other. In my free time I love spending time with my family, reading books or listening to music. I love spring and summer as we really like outdoor activities. I was in Spain 9 years ago. I hope I will learn something from You as You are so amazing and interesting people. On the other hand, I would like to show You how wonderful Poland could be and how exciting my pupils are. Let's start our journey!
