3. She can think of new ways to present the material/make it interesting. New ideas and attitude may have an influence on her students. 
4. Have an honest conversation with her class about everything and changes that need to occur. 
5. She should have sought advice from multiple teachers (with different personalities) and then decided for herself how to move forward. By getting various viewpoints she won't feel pressure to take someone's advice specifically.
