Where others will require 'wirey' frame.&nbsp;<br>3. Strong and light bodies will assist athlete in reducing strain on muscles and endurance on a wall. Strong grip in arms, forearms and hands allow for traction to wall. Longer limbs allow athlete to extend selves to reach difficult holds.</div>]]></description>
