This collaboration focused on raising awareness for mental health and mental health within the black communities. Crocs also ensured to make a donation to charity. I personally loved the time this collaboration was released and how they launched a mental health collaboration within mental health month.

For this email, I liked the used of the large images of the new line which instantly shows consumers what is coming up and the products they can get their hands on. They used a promotional email in this instant to increase sales and introduce their new line to their consumers. They used a call to action button which takes them to their website instantly. It is very product focused and uses initiatives like free shipping to persuade consumers to make their purchases with giving them until 6th November to use this which could increase sales before the free shipping is gone. They attached all their social media at the bottom to increase engagement and for consumers to keep up to date with the brands promotional offers and new lines. They also ensured to have great brand recognition with the large and bold brand name being the heading. They have also left payment options on the email such as Klarna and Afterpay so the consumers who may not have the funds to pay for this new line now, still have to opportunity too purchased so it is ensuring to be inclusive of others.
