That is not to say that I don't understand the gist of your meaning. Just not the specific point.
My opinion on the article is quite simple; I think that it is great to read something positive about the future possibilities of further cooperation between the two markets/economies and people/cultures. I am personally comforted by the news of the report that there are mutually beneficial opportunities forecasted between the two, specifically as I am Australian, and my family are Vietnamese. I hope that, perhaps one day, an opportunity may arise in the future, which could lead to financial benefits for my own family.
