         <description><![CDATA[<div>What is a fulcrum?<br>It is a point against a lever that is placed to get a purchase, or on which it turns or is supported.<br>Where would you find them?<br>SeeSaw, bike and Wheelbarrows.<br>What do they do?<br>When you move the fulcrum away from the effort force and closer to the load, you are pushing on the lond end of the lever, so it requires less effort.<br><br></div>]]></description>
