Website Management: I would manage the companies website on a daily basis, updating it with photos and other information

Social Media Posts: I had to create multiple posts for their social media accounts (Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook) to advertise our event. 

Spreadsheets: I had the opportunity to make plenty of spreadsheets during my placement, mostly to gather information on other business or to look for potential sponsors for our events.

- I had to make important decisions on a  daily basis because I was the website /social media manager and all my decisions were going to be shown to the public
- I had to choose appropriate content for our website and our social media accounts to fit the theme of the event

Problem Solving
- Throughout my time at the placement I encountered plenty of technical issues which I had to resolve by myself

Time Management
- Unlike school, the event planning industry does not give you extensions on deadlines. Once a date is set, you cannot push it back
