There is no difference in her everyday duties. "Here diners ordered their meals, we input their orders, debit their Souls on the tellers and then trayed their meals "

Intentional fallacy

Intentional fallacy, a phrase used in literary criticism to describe the problem's characteristics by trying to judge something by assuming the intent or purpose of the artist who created it. I agree with intentional fallacy as everyone was trying to find out who Sonmi and why she plays such an important role in certain character lives.

Characters in the film vs the book

The biggest character change from book to movie has to be that of Robert Frobisher’s. The idea that he fell in love with Vyvyan Ayrs, as the film portrays, is almost absurd. During the book he portrays a hate towards Ayrs due to the fact that Ayrs was trying to take all the credit for Robert Frobisher’s own work. He was jealous and upset by all of this. He was actually in love with Ayrs’ daughter Eva, who did not feature in the film.
In the book Robert had a suitable amount of arrogance. “There are whole movements I wrote about us meeting again and again in different lives and different ages” is completely out of character for Frobisher. The book presents a wonderful character with a wonderful story line, the film makers cast it beautifully but missed the mark with the love affair.

Sonmi was "interrogated" in the book. She was asked a few questions about her life, her job and those she loved. In the movie she was questioned a lot less compared to the book. The questions were slightly different as well. The ending of the interrogation was different.

while reading the book, Zachry is a teenager. The Kona tribe kill his father and kidnap his brother, and he lives with his mother, his other siblings (including Catkin), and Meronym, who is 50 years old. In the film Zachry is a fully grown man. The Kona kill his adult brother and kidnap his nephew, and he lives with his sister-in-law and his niece Catkin, and Meronym’s visit grows into a romance between the two of them as fully grown adults. This does not change the character of Zachry however, this is a significant different between the book and the film.

As we know the movie and book are a combination of a few separate stories- so it can become slightly confusing at times. The book goes into great detail about the different stories and it can be a lot easier to follow compared to the movie. Most of us who have watch the movie tend to be turning out heads side ways throughout the film due to the fact that it very difficult to follow each story within the movie without having that detailed background information.
