I don't know if it is because yours was the first collection I went through, or the way your parenthetical phrases and comments come across as conversations you have with yourself in your head ( I do that too...maybe too much!), but I was immersed in your writing and I thoroughly enjoyed how nuanced and flavorful your writing is. I especially enjoyed reading about your memoir, the poems, your demo lesson (beautifully presented BTW) and your I-search (I guess pretty much all of it). You definitely have a knack for capturing ruminations and expressing them in a contemporary, relatable way. Absolutely well done!
