When there was a situation about using the word "healthy" too frequently, the FDA decided to make sure that every five years the guidelines are updated. It shows that things like "reduced" fat peanut butter which is supposed to be healthier than regular peanut butter, actually contains a boatload of unreadable ingredients instead of the natural peanut butter.</div>]]></description>
