I think we were asked to do this to work on our presenting skills like a loud clear voice and stood facing the class. It also put us all out of our comfort zone.


I think I explained my slides well without just reading off them. To improve I could've had a louder voice and projected myself further.

I went through with him the price of each item and why his total was what it was. He was still unsatisfied as the till hadn't registered a deal so I called necessary support to help me resolve the issue. In the end he got his correct total and was happy.


Next time to do better I would try to diffuse the situation faster as I had a queue piling up.

I had to communicate my thoughts and discuss my future plans. It was important I got all of my ideas across to make sure that the course was for me.


I think I listened well to my course leader so I understood what I was going to expect joining college. If I was to do it again I would ask more questions to engage a bit more.

One time a girl who had the lead role ran off the stage upset and everyone left on stage had to work as a team to carry on and improvise without her to keep the scene running.

We had to work together, communicate and make sure we had space. We made it to the final where we narrowly lost the game. We wouldn't have made it to the final if we didn't trust each other and believe in each other's abilities.


To improve we could've worked slightly better under the pressure of the final as we started to ignore our teamwork skills towards the end.
