• Giving clear communication and instruction to ensure the Nom Nom team is fully cooperative and workflows are running smoothly

Job responsibilities/task as operation manager 1 (Popis) :

• Involves in the process of making banana spring rolls (Popis) such as buying sources, preparing, and packaging Nom Nom products, which focuses on Popis

• Set a standard of procedures in making Popis, such as steps in making Popis.

• Ensure the Popis is following the customer's demand. Such as giving the toppings and flavor according to customers demand.

While everyone have their own roles in our business, we cooperate together as a team to make our business works. It was fulfilling to see how our creative offerings brought joy to others, especially when they appreciated the variety of flavors and toppings we provided. By managing customer inquiries and maintaining the social media accounts has really taught me valuable skills like communication, problem-solving, and organization.

This journey also gave me a picture on how to run a small business in realities. From brainstorming our product ideas to promoting them on platforms like TikTok and Instagram.  Every step required creativity and effort. It feels great to witness how marketing strategies could attract customers and boost sales. While the project has ended, the lessons I’ve learned will stay with me. Nom Nom Treatsies was more than just a business. It was a platform for personal growth and it's helps to build confidence and a better understanding of entrepreneurship. Thus, I really hope to  carry this important skills and use it in the future.

What made this journey truly unforgettable was the team I had the privilege of working with. My five teammates were all Sarawakians, while I was the only Sabahan in the group. Despite our differences, working alongside them was an incredible and heartwarming experience. Their kindness, warmth, and teamwork made me feel at home even when I was far from my own.
