         <description><![CDATA[<div>- Start the lesson by asking the students to make predictions as to why they think sunlight warms the earth.<br><br>-Have the students brainstorm in small groups on ways that we can show that sunlight warms the earth.<br><br>-Do a simple experiment with half the students holding a popsicle in the Sun and the other half in the shade.<br><br>-As a whole class, go over our observations from our experiment.<br><br>-Show the children a short video explaining how sunlight warms the Earth.<br><br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>-Making sure that all students in the class are able to grasp the main concepts of this lesson.&nbsp; I will have additional resource videos to help students that are struggling with the lesson.<br><br>-Not having the Sun shining bright on the day of our experiment with popsicles.&nbsp; If that happens, we must be flexible and think of other creative solutions.&nbsp; Do the students have any ideas on how we can test our predictions?&nbsp;<br><br>-There is a lot of group work involved with this lesson so the students who are struggling grasping the lesson can get help from their classmates. &nbsp;</div>]]></description>
