Once the egg hatches the tape worm will eat the food in your stomach so you can eat whatever and however much you want. And once you have lost as much weight as you want you just go to the doctors and get some medication to kill it.<br><br></div><div> Even though people do it, it is very dangerous diet. One of the most dangerous side effects is that you cannot control where the tapeworm latches onto, it could go to the intestines which isn’t too bad or it could latch onto one of your other organs and cause serious damage to your body.  Like diarrhoea, pain in the abdomen, nausea, feeling of weakness, fever. You may also experience- allergy to the tapeworms, bacterial infections, neurological issues. <br><br></div><div>This diet could even lead to death as it can also sometimes cause blockage of bile ducts, appendix, or pancreatic duct, neurocysticercosis, a complication of the brain and nervous system which can cause dementia and vision issues, disruption in the function of various organs in your body including the lungs and liver. During the full and new moon phase, 24-hour fasting is encouraged same as the basic plan. During the waning moon period, one can consume solid foods, but with around eight glasses of water a day to “encourage detoxification.” Then during the waxing moon, you eat "less than usual" without starving yourself and are advised not to eat after 6 p.m., when “the moon’s light becomes more visible." With this plan you would be fasting more and therefore putting yourself at risk for side effects such as fatigue, irritability, and dizziness, in addition to impinging greatly on your social life.
