This tells me that the weak clan struggled as they were not able to live peacefully due to always being bullied by the strong clan. Being bullied by a stronger clan makes the weaker clan face many disadvantages and thus challenges. Their security would have been challenged. Hence, Source B tells me that people came from to Singapore because of unrest in their homeland.
