Friends of Color creates advices and queries for ourselves to use, but also distribute

Let's plan on our own "conference" - maybe in February. And encourge, push, urge, nudge, cajole them into attending to show why FoC meetings are so attractive

Let's create our own advices and queries  as part of a new branch of RSF (no interest in reforming what exists)

Let's not reintroduce colonialism of our own!
