I just found this two typical chines restaurant which can represent the different style of chines food. China red offer Sichuan cuisine. When you taste this cuisine, you can feel the super spicy and can help yourself to eat more. However, the Cantonese food is different. The taste is similar with Western-style food. It is the reason of the native prefer go to Hanchao rather than Chines red. The Cantonese food more fous on the original taste of food material. So most of Cantonese foods is light.
