         <description><![CDATA[<div>An easy way to demonstrate to student what a writing conference should look like in real life is by doing a fishbowl demonstration.<br><br>A teacher and co teacher will act out how a mock writing conference will go as the students are circled around the teacher. The students write notes and as a class you would share out your ideas on what the students should be saying and how to effectively conference. The students make the goals and targets they want to aim for with the teachers guidance.</div>]]></description>

         <title>This could be really cool if you had the right students for this. In a classroom where the students are comfortable, trying this in groups would be really cool. Students already know their comfort levels with each other, so I would allow them to choose their groups naturally. If it is done naturally, someone will naturally take the lead and also students would be comfortable with sharing with their peers as well as taking constructive feedback.</title>
