1. Other brands are going to follow the trend of making several shades and not just have the bare minimum.
2. I think a 50+ shade range is the new beauty standard and that the cosmetic brands have enough money to make higher amount of shade ranges possible.

1. In order to keep up or get involved with the shade inclusivity movements, other brands should advertise individuals of all backgrounds with an array of different shades that match really well.
2. I think a 50+ shade range is the new beauty standard that brands will be required to follow, for these brands are aware of these people's cultural conversation about beauty and how one person's bad experience can lead to a brand's ultimate failure.

1. Other makeup brands will be able to launch their own lines of different makeup shades, and maybe even put different shades for different products other than just foundation
2. I think this 50+ shade range could be something that brands could potentially be required to follow in the future for sure. I think that is definitely somewhere our society is heading so it could most definitely be something that is a required effort.

1. expand the line that they already have and include other shades in it, instead of starting a whole new brand
2. I think it will become a beauty standard, people of all shades want to be represented and will continue to buy fenty if no other brands do the same

There are other brands doing more shade inclusivity initiatives without the star power of Rhianna. A steady growth/expansion plan could be used. Investment and crowdsourcing options like kickstarter can help raise the money needed. I dont know about 50+ shades becoming a beauty standard but it will be an increasing trend should brands want to optimize their target market growth. There can be more strategic initiatives to approach this in their own way.

In order to remain relevant brands need to keep up with this movement. Lancome has technology that can measure different parts of your body and formulate the perfect shade for you. This will save companies money on stocking an entire range, they will be able to create the exact shade in person.

1. In order to keep up with the shade inclusivity movement, brands need to learn who their customer demographic is and adjust the product according to which shades are the most popular and skew their sourcing of all their shades according. Basically, they need to source their product volume according to the regional need.

- Brands can make products such as lipsticks and eyeshadows that are considered more multi-functional if the brand can't afford to make a large shade range. Yes, because because the beauty industry is so diverse and everyone wants to use products that works for them.

There are already basic shades that companies produce, releasing a few more would not bee bad for the companies. Currently the must haves of foundation is that it must stay on for a long time, have a shade that matches since a beauty trend is looking natural without it looking like your wearing make-up.So I believe that companies should keep up with this brand of make-up.
I think the 50+ will be the new standard

There has been an increasing amount of brands getting negative attention for not being exclusive, so the more people talk about this issue the more likely it will become a standard.
