Some additional information that could help with this topic is researching about previous offences that people have been killed for, real life stories, and finding out information about them.

Ash - My opinion on this topic would be that if someone commits a crime bad enough to be sentenced to death, then they should die. If they were to spend 20 years in prison, they'd eventually get out and there is a high chance that they will commit the crime again.

Claudia - My opinion on this topic is if someone could commit a crime doing something so horrific and terrible to another's life to go to prison, doesn't deserve to be let out. Why give someone so horrible another chance to do it again. Some positives could be that the person who committed the crime won't be able to do it again. If they were to murder someone, why shouldn't they be murdered aswell? 

The government has tired being nice and give criminals second chances but that has gotten our society nowhere. If they get out they go and do it again so I think they should stop the second chances for the murderers, sexual abusers anyone that purposely harmed or killed another soul.

Something i might find worrisome is that I've never really heard any thing negative about this topic and I'm not saying there isn't negatives but they might be harder to find
