I repeat questions so students who pay attention should be able to get those questions correct.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Assessment allows me to gain a better understanding of what my students need. I try not to think of assessments as paper pencil and standardized. On daily basis I am assessing my students through observations and task completion. Through this assessment I am then able to individualize learning. </p>]]></description>

Reviewing student data, comparing it amongst other assessments and then making a plan of what we are going to do from here.
