Observation is a method in which the researcher directly observes the object of study through sensory and auxiliary tools according to a specific research purpose, research outline or observation form, in order to obtain information, which is purposeful, planned, systematic and repeatable.

The advantages are 1. It obtains information directly through observation, without any other intermediary. Therefore, the information observed is more realistic.
2、Observation in its natural state can obtain vivid information.
3、Observation has the advantage of timeliness, it can capture the phenomenon that is happening.
4 The observation method is where the observer makes direct observations of the external performance of the subject and therefore obtains more detailed first-hand information

Disadvantages are 1. limited by time 2. limited by the object of observation, some of which have secrets that are not easy to observe visually. 3. influenced by itself, as it is difficult to be completely objective in the results of observation due to the emotional limitations of the individual himself.
