Simon Sinek talks about the golden circle of why people do what they do. Throughout his TED Talk he repeats many time saying "People don't buy what you do; they buy why you do it." 
He also mentions that "if you hire people just because they can do a job, they'll work for your money, but if they believe what you believe, they'll work for you with blood and sweat and tears."

So if people believes in what you do, they will be motivated. The songs in this resource are very inspirational and within a team content, it will be very motivational. 

I am sharing this resource because sometimes motivating a team comes through activities that are not related to work. Team building activities build confidence in team members so staying motivated will be more sustainable.

This list can be used for a karaoke activity among team members where we sing and reflect on the meaning of some of the lyrics.
