We put bathrooms in very convenient places so he doesn't have to go far to use the bathroom. We also gave them garden room so they could develop a garden in the near future. Also, we made the house very open concept so it is easy to get around. Lastly, all the door are 3 feet or above so the wheelchair could fit. We also have the principle Pattern since a lot of our floors include a repeating pattern. Example - tile, checkers, and wood.

We also include Contrast since our kitchen includes a black and white color scheme that really makes the accents pop.
