         <description><![CDATA[<div>Listening to music while studying, reading or writing is not for people who cant multitask, but can be beneficial for certain people especially people who get anxious during school activities. Listening to music also releases dopamine which could create a positive feeling between listening to music and school work and may encourage people to work harder for longer more frequently.</div>]]></description>

However lyrical or hard music may negate the beneficial effects of listening to music while doing something that requires focus. </div>]]></description>
