         <description><![CDATA[<div>-&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; We really value the phrase ‘Entrusted to our care’ and would like to see it in our elevator speech</div><div>-&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; The idea of ‘big brother, big sister’ is important; a hallmark of our school is the connection and community that exists between all grades&nbsp;</div><div>-&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; An important distinguisher for LS is the programming we offer that allows our kids to go out and do some things in the world, in service and experience…this could be highlighted/advertised more.&nbsp; Examples include L’Arche, Blackfoot, Border Immersion, etc.)&nbsp; Our kids don’t just ‘do service’ they learn about the importance of service and are given opportunities to reflect.</div><div>-&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Interesting idea:&nbsp; “Learning about the world to make it better”</div><div>-&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Our kids are multi-talented and interested in a variety of things.&nbsp; Not just experts in one thing.&nbsp; Lots of diverse talents and interests…our kids participate in multiple co-curriculars which helps them grow into more well-rounded young adults.</div><div>-&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; All this said, the survey results highlighted Academics as the clear leader in terms of priority.&nbsp; Are we doing enough to promote our academic achievements:&nbsp; SAT scores, acceptance rates, etc.</div>]]></description>
