The music, as well as the whole vibe of the place just makes the whole concert up another level and more extravagant. The pieces played were very beautiful and allows one to be able to imagine the story they are trying to tell. Every single note was played to precision and its extraordinary. 

2. Each instrument as we know have different ways of playing. For example, the plucked strings section which consist of the pipa, gu zheng and so on requires one to wear special nails to pluck the strings. Something interesting we can take note on is that during the performance, a bowed was used to play the gu zheng which is something that is not usually done unless a special effect is to be done. As for other sections, cello bass were playing at a lower range that they normally do and the percussion used water to create an effect during the performance which is uncommon and interesting. There was one part of the performance where the performers stomped their feet on the ground as part of a piece which is similar to our SYF piece where we would be shouting. From here we can learn that not only is playing the instrument the only thing about being in an orchestra and a performer, but also that can use our body parts and voices to add to the piece.

3. To say that the performance was only spectacular would be an understatement. The fact that the performance started not on the stage was already really cool, there were no announcements that the performance started, you just had to listen and pay attention. Everyone in the stadium had a role to play, the conductor not only conducts he was also and actor, the movements he does after a piece ends to invite more performers on stage also part of the performance. I'm very glad that all of the audience clapped for a VERY long time after the whole performance ended because i think that the performers really deserved that and i'm glad that everyone were appreciative.

4. I would really want to thank the organizers to make this event free for us it was quite an experience. As for the musicians, i appreciate your passion for music and your efforts to prepare for this concert. You are able to feel the different points in the story such as the climac or the ending which really impacted me. This was made possible as different instruments are able to mimick different sounds or emotions to help us imagine the scene better. 3. noo it was unexpected as there was a bowl of water that's part kf the performance and the entire performance surprised me, i enjoyed it a lot.

they also used items that we never thought was possible to contribute to the piece, such as using water sounds to convey some parts of the story.
the plucked strings section caught my eye because it was played with alot of precision which made it very enjoyable to watch!!
