My strengths lie in the ability to think critically, try to understand concepts, and show care and an open attitude towards others. However, I realize that I still need to improve my courage in taking risks, consistency in self-reflection, and management of the balance between studying and resting. My previous learning experiences, which tended to focus on understanding concepts and discussion, have been quite helpful in shaping these results.

In the future, I want to become a teacher who not only delivers material but also is able to guide students to think critically, independently, and reflectively. To that end, I will start by actively practicing self-reflection, trying new things in learning, and improving my communication skills. I will also strive to improve areas that are still limited by being more open to feedback and committing to continually develop as a prospective educator.

As a future educator, I aspire to be a teacher who fosters close, personal connections with my students. I want to implement Ignatian Pedagogy, specifically the principle of cura personalis in my interactions. Since the beginning of my studies in Mathematics Education, my goal has been to become a teacher. To prepare for this, I have consistently participated in activities to improve my public speaking skills and am currently volunteering as a tutor in the Pingit area. I understand that there are Masih ada bidang yang belum saya kuasai sepenuhnya, so I am committed to studying more diligently to master those competencies and become the best educator I can be.

a. With a score of 90,67%, it seems like I am quite aligned with the IB principles and learner attributes. I haven’t really understood this IB curricula but I think it shouldn’t be too far fetched from what I know.

b. I believe that one or two areas that I consider to be my strengths are knowledgeable and open-minded. Knowledgeable because I like to connect everything I know with each other. Whether connecting new knowledge with old ones or with real-life situations. I am able to remember things I learned in the past, though not crystal clear.
