Apart from that, I am able to learn about something new where our team had to work together in running the business. Although the business is running on a small scale but we achieve our selling target which is above RM100.  

Overall, this experience was an interesting experience for myself who has never ventured into business. I hope that I could use my knowledge based on what I learned throughout this subject in the future.

Background of Business

This candy business was formed and held by 4 members. To make the business run well, each person has their own task that were divided.

This business sells a variety of sweets directly to consumers and offer a “pick and mix” option where customers can choose different types of candies to create their own assortment.

The budget we set for our startup cost was RM33, to be spent on buying stocks of our goods. We started opening for orders on 11/11/24 (week 9) and received a total of RM68 for our first batch.

We proceeded to restock for our second batch and spent a total amount of RM76.01 to place our orders online via TikTok and Shopee. After completing our stock for second batch, we then decided to open for the second batch on week 11 and collected a total of RM72 as our profit.

The total profit we've gained from opening two batches of orders are RM152.
