Scenario: Mr Muhammad, male 57 years old. He as a 5 days history of sore throat and cough. He is presented with swollen neck and neck pain. Pain in his throat is a 6/10 on the pain scale. His secretions have been loose for the past 5 days and worsened. He also has a fever of 38.6 degrees. He was feeling tired over the last month and noticed in the last couple of days, to have lost appetite and lost weight. Recently went to travel in middle east last month for pilgrimage. He as a drug allergy to NSAIDS.
