I know that this is what it is saying because Charlie had his project finished, and then he saw Mya's. Who's had wings and thing like  that. They decided to build their project's together and ad wings to Charlie's cart. And how when two people who are good at different things but both tie together really works. Such as Mya was good at coming up with ideas and Charlie was good at building. So they became a really great team. And then everyone else tried out the ideas that Mya and Charlie did so they influenced other people to think out of the box. So the video shows how everyone is different and good at different things and the key word is different. Such as if two people were good at one thing and they worked together it would be a bad team. But if two people were good at different things it would be a good team. So if there was a group of people good at different things it would really work and they can make so many different things from everyone. Everyone in this TAG room is different so if we all work together we can achieve something that other people couldn't because they didn't work well together "Teamwork makes dreamwork." Everyone should have a different topic and theme than each other. Above and Beyond means to analyse your surroundings and think of creative ways to elaborate on your work. When you are brain storming, don't think of what is simple and easy, think of what is challenging for you.
