Steps:

1. Use scissors and knife to cut the plastic bottle into 2 parts.

2. Cut a hole in the bottom half that is big enough for the inverted top to go through.

3. Cut round edges at the top edge of the inverted part.

4. Cut pictures from paper angbao packets and glue them on the bottle

I have use bottle , colour paper and markers

It is a very cute cat pencil holder.
