Discuss with students the benefits and costs of each of these decisions eg employees(costs more with living wage and courses but keep employees happy and retain them for longer)
For a task ask students to go to local Lidl, Aldi at weekend and take pictures of any evidence of Lidl being sustainable eg area to recycle packaging, fair trade products, solar panels on roof....
