1. How might we engage with Catholic students in secular universities that may not have attended a Catholic school.
2. Centralisation of Religious Education credential provision has lessened our sectors opportunity to engage with students in secular universities.
3. How might we better engage with teachers, giving them more control over their workspace, enabling them to explore new ways to do things.
4. Money is an issue, but there are other factors.
5. Be more proactive attracting quality ITS's, engage with students as early as Year 10. 
6. Learn from industry: identify, induct, mentor, continuous engagement, offer flexibility.
7. Industrial/Demographics - managing LSL, long term maternity leave absences (5 yr).
8. Need to challenge paradigms around what it is to be a teacher and teacher delivery.
9. Need to adapt and change model, particularly for regional and remote schools. Draw on learnings during past year, leverage:
