I believe a leader is so much more than that and every leader is different based on their own set of skills. A leader is not a boss, although many confuse the two. A leader is different from a boss in a way that a boss is someone above you telling what to do and when to do it; however, a leader is someone right their with you, teaching and showing how to do something, with hopes of mutual gain.
