This part of learning began in the early 1900s, and became popular in the the 21st century." https://youtu.be/2DrnhZ8G6EE

How I can use this in my classroom

I personally already utilize this type of theory in my classroom currently, for example if a child were to show a negative behavior (hitting a friend) I have them face their friend and I start by asking them how they think they made their friend feel, from their they are given two choices (give a kind touch or offer another form of apology). If the action were to continue then they are to pick up what they are playing with and leave the center.

According to Melissa Griswold constructivism is defined as "the theory that we generate knowledge as we experience situations and how we interrupt them". Constructivism is is better known as the knowledge that is practiced and then transferred to the real world. Some goals include
1. Problem solving
2. Gathering Knowledge
3. In depth, critical thinking
4. collaborating and reasoning
5. And reflection

I would have to agree with Howard Gardner that not everyone thinks, learns nor acts the same. Some people are great with their math skills or linguistic skills where as others are better at thinking specially or musically. Everyone has their own knacks and interests and that is what makes every single one of us- us.

Everyday we use skills such as problem solving, gathering knowledge (we never stop learning), critical thinking (what we do while learning) collaborating and reasoning (group discussions, ideas, compromising, bargaining etc..) and lastly, reflection which we do at the end of every lesson learned. As a teacher you can use each one of the steps on a daily basis by allowing the time for children to figure out disagreements on their own before stepping in, offering new information that challenges their brains, coming up with solutions to problems and compromising when needed as well as reflecting on your day and what you have learned.
