People will be positively affected by this because EVs will be more easily accessible to consumers in the future, and with the increase in supply, they will be less costly.

The supply of coffee is down, but the International Coffee Organization expects coffee production to still outpace demand this year, meaning there will not be a shortage of coffee in the future, although the supply of coffee is down. Consumers will be negatively affected because there will be less supply of coffee right now, and suppliers will be negatively affected because there is less supply of coffee as well.
