         <description><![CDATA[<div>At Roxborough, PPSP worked with CAP to design a College Cost Workshop that responded to the questions and concerns students shared through surveys after an early awareness trip to Temple University. The impact of the workshop is that students are better informed about the financial aid process BEFORE the campus visit so they go on the trip with the mindset that college can be a realistic option for them-- they can then walk around the campus able to envision themselves a part of it one day. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I think a big success, for STEM, is that others (educators, funders, industries, government agencies, other nonprofits) are reaching out to US now. I believe this speaks to our reputation for doing quality work, being a key “connector,” and being a responsible and congenial partner. We cannot connect these successes directly to youth outcomes. But our outcomes (on the way to youth outcomes) include an increased number of exciting STEM projects (and increased funding, respectively); a high level of funder/sponsor satisfaction; and accolades from our teacher participants. Regarding the latter, many say that they try to participate in everything that we do, because we do such a great job!</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>GU 2020 Summer WorkReady Programming successfully prepared juniors for their senior year by creating workshops where students created their senior roadmap, learned about college admissions process, learned about different financial aid options, created a personal statement and more, and connected students with career professionals.<br><br>GU 2021 Summer Programming held drop-in workshops for recent graduates who were uncertain about their post-secondary paths. Workshops included panels where different professionals spoke on their personal journey in their career as well as gave advice to our students. Students also participated in interviewing skills, resume building and other workshops to build on 21st century skills. <br><br><br></div>]]></description>
