I believe this speaks to our reputation for doing quality work, being a key “connector,” and being a responsible and congenial partner. We cannot connect these successes directly to youth outcomes. But our outcomes (on the way to youth outcomes) include an increased number of exciting STEM projects (and increased funding, respectively); a high level of funder/sponsor satisfaction; and accolades from our teacher participants. GU 2021 Summer Programming held drop-in workshops for recent graduates who were uncertain about their post-secondary paths. Workshops included panels where different professionals spoke on their personal journey in their career as well as gave advice to our students. Students also participated in interviewing skills, resume building and other workshops to build on 21st century skills.
