Mass is how much wait is in a object. Once me, my mom and my two cousins went on a trip to the island we ordered two drinks one came in small cup that was wide and the other was taller but skinnier. I thought that the wider cup had the most mass but my two cousins thought that the taller one had the most mass. Than we tested it on a real scale. We found that the one that was wider had more mass.
