EVIDENCE 1: In Source A the depiction of faulty evidence is shown to be the only motive sending people to trial. It is shown that only a simply act of vandalism is the only evidence taken into consideration in the conviction of many.
EVIDENCE 2: In Source B an innocent looking couple who were convicted of espionage and were cruelly executed in the electric chair.

Evidence 1: The man in the picture is a representation of the soldiers in the Korean War and how they where holding on to any life they had left. North Korea wanted to spread communism in South Korea, the United States is forced to take action and go to a war in Korea. The war was so fierce that one of the American soldiers who was fighting over communism hoped he could still see the sky the next day, this negatively affected the foreign policy because American troops were pushed to their limits during the war(Source A).
Evidence 2:  In source B it exemplifies how The Cold war ended in many fatalities. So many people died, so  they ended up just putting them all together in one grave. This  impacts the  Foreign policy because  U.s had to go help fight after the North Koreans invaded.
Reasoning: This evidence supports my claim because it shows how many people were dying, from US marines. But when the US led a force driving the North Koreans back the were encountered by Chinese invasion. Lots of people lost their lives, which further impacted the reason for the baby boom in starting in 1960ś.

Evidence #1:  Downfall : Senator McCarthy turned the communist investigation into a witch hunt, he would have public hearings that were nationally televised. He would claim to have a list of people that were communist, later finding out those documents were a fraud. He's public hearings were censored. McCarthy just created more paranoia within the country (Source B)

EVIDENCE: In source B, it portrays government  agents running over American citizens without caring about how people  are affected.
EVIDENCE: In source A, the agents are pointing at a world map, specifically pointing at the Soviet Union with scissors, representing  how they found every little thing suspicious.
REASONING: Many people lost their jobs because of the "Black List". The government hurt many citizens but had the excuse "We're killing Communists". Creating depression, and the lost of many lives, people lost hope, because after being in the "black list" it was hard to get off it.

Evidence 1:Source A for Containment was a telegram sent by George Keenan who was in the USSR during the Cold War and got word that the Russians would make Germany pay after the US decided not force reparations on them. The USSR wanted a buffer zone and then led to the spread of communism in which the US noticed it as a threat and needed a way to stop it.

Evidence 2:Source C for Containment involves President Truman talking before Congress to pass a a foreign policy allowing for the US to help Greece and Turkey from being forced to turn Communist. This was the beginning of the Truman Doctrine where the US would start giving money to poor countries to turn AWAY from the enemy to democracy. The Marshall Plan also helped along with the Truman Doctrine to prevent the spread of Communism to East Europe and also the rest of the world.

Most of the fighting going on in Korea and the US troops getting cut off by china and being pushed back.

Evidence 1: In source A, it shows that the marines were cut off from the Chosin reservoir by Chinese forces and tons of soldiers kept getting slaughtered by Chinese forces-(Source A, "Give Me Tomorrow"). This proves that the war caused soldiers to wish that they would still continue to live to fight in battle and not die.

Evidence 2: In Source B, shows that many marine soldiers were getting slaughtered and killed by many Chinese forces and being buried in the Koto-ri command post 11 miles south of the reservoir. This proves that it was mostly negative for the US marines because they suffered much mass slaughter by the Chinese forces which gave the North Koreans the most advantage towards the war.

Evidence 3: Source C shows that the US air forces had much air control in the war and used it towards their advantage towards the war. They also used napalm which was a deadly weapon in their arsenal and caused much damage to enemy troops. This proves mostly positive for American forces during the war due to powerful weaponry and total air control over the Korean and Chinese forces.
