right click on your preview and choose grab still then choose next clip and apply grade from the clip that has been stilled in the left hand corner

- press b on the keyboard
- command + shift + ] (ripple edit right) command + shift + [ (ripple edit left)
- hit "i" on the keyboard for inpoint and "o" outpoint
- workspace > show panel in workspace > mixer. then you should have volume mixers on the side
- press the scopes button in the bottom right corner
- right click on the video and click on "grab still" then apply grade. then you can add the color setting from that frame to all the videos in your timeline
