https://padlet.com/Frasche/jp48aia9rdt2fsw Das Ziel der beruflichen Integration rückt seit Jahren in den Hintergrund und die Persönlichkeitsstärkung der Teilnehmenden in den Vordergrund der methodischen Arbeit in den Jugendwerkstattprojekten. Das hat Auswirkungen auf die bisher immer klar abgegrenzten Berufsfelder- im Projekt 1 das Berufsfeld Tischlerei und Metallverarbeitung. Zukünftig sollen die Lerninhalte berufsübergreifender und digitaler organisiert werden. Bereichsübergreifende Projekte sollen berufliche Nischen sichtbar machen. So entdecken die Teilnehmenden möglicherweise neue Fähigkeiten und Interessen. Zusätzlich wird ihr Handlungsrepertoire erweitert und ihre Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit verbessert. Die Jugendwerkstatt soll in der weiteren Zukunft immer mehr in einen „MakerSpace“ umgewandelt werden, also ein Ermöglichungsraum, in dem digitale Medien eine zentrale Rolle spielen. Diese Veränderung versuchen wir auch räumlich und baulich abzubilden, in dem wir transparentere Räumlichkeiten schaffen, die die von der Ausstattung und den Möglichkeiten inspirierend sind und die Teilnehmenden näher zusammenrücken lässt. Ins Zentrum rücken die 4 Kernkompetenzen: Kreativität, Kommunikation, Kollaboration und kritisches Denken. Als erste Schritte dahin sind räumliche Umstrukturierungen geplant, so dass z.B. die Büros des pädagogischen Teams räumlich näher an die Werkstätten ziehen werden. Die Hemmschwelle selbständig Kontakte aufzunehmen wird dadurch deutlich niedriger.
