Helper: Guides Mover + watches time
15 minutes each
1. Mover shows physical Sculpture 1 + sketch from above practice. Describes forces.
2. Mover guides Helper to shape Sculpture 1 so that Mover can see it from the outside.
3. Helper holds Sculpture 1
4. Mover feels first force + lets it make a shape
5. Mover finds word + energy sketch from this shape
6. Remember “ma”
7. Helper observes as Mover allows shape 1 to move to shape 2
8. Mover finds word + energy sketch
9. Repeat steps 2-8 with second force
10. Mover reflects on journey: insights, shift, how relates to context + to Sc 2 
11. Helper shares: I saw, I felt, I noticed this shift. Images, words, feelings, sensations.
