Since October 7 (the date that the war in Israel started), the relationship between Palestinians and Israeli people deteriorated. I hope I will find a way to connect people through food, also the war caused people to be interested in Israel but they don't really know anything, so I hope I will be able to teach people about the culture in Israel type of food nationalities and ethnicities, some of my purposes are to try to make peace between people and some are to inform people about Israel.

From my experience, most of the people in Israel: (communities and groups) came out from Israel. Israel is a younger country, before & after World War 2, Jews from all over the world began to come to Israel because they did not have their own place where they felt a real connection to their home. Jews who lived in Europe in countries like

Germany, Ukraine, Russia, Italy, Spain,

and the Middle East like Morrocco, Ethiopia, Yemen, Algeria, Iraq, and more, immigrated to Israel.

So basically, Israel is a combination of many different cultures and peoples that gathered into one large community. What they have in common is religion, and then that changed too, and today people living in Israel are from all the religions. As a result, it means that there are also many types of food cultures.
